We refer to section H.6.1.4 (c) of the Market Rules, a Communication Failure Default occurs where a Party does not submit Meter Data in compliance with Section J or F, or uses Alternative Communication Means to submit Meter Data, for 3 or more consecutive Trading Days, or for 4 Trading Days in total in a Month. SMN Barka Power Company SAOC failed to submit the Ex-Post Meter Data from 21st to 23rd of December 2024. The Market Operator (MO) has become aware of a Communication Failure Default, and hence issuing a Rectification Notice as per section Q.16.4 of the Market Rules.
