Rectification Notice to SOHAR3
“We refer to H.6.1.4 (c), a Communication Failure Default occurs in relation to a where Party does not submit Meter Data in compliance with Section J or F, or uses Alternative Communication Means to submit Meter Data, for 3 or more consecutive Trading Days, or for 4 Trading Days in total in a Month. Shinas Generating Company SAOC failed to submit the Ex-Post Meter Data from 7th to 13th of October 2024. As per Q.16.4., The Market Operator (MO) has become aware of a Communication Failure Default, and hence issuing a Rectification Notice.”
